What is an Employer of Record?

You keep the relationship. We hold the employment.

An Employer of Record (EOR) legally employs your team member in their own country — so you can hire without opening a local company. You choose who to hire and how you work together; NoBound handles the contract, payroll and paperwork.

You keep

  • Who you hire
  • What they work on
  • How you manage them
  • What they're paid

NoBound handles

  • The local employment contract
  • Payroll and payslips
  • Statutory registrations and filings
  • The records the country requires
The problem

Hiring across MENA is a project. It should be a decision.

Without local infrastructure a single hire drags in entity work, legal work, banking work and payroll work — and you keep that overhead long after the hire is made.

Doing it yourself

Nine workstreams. Most of them never end.

How it works

From a name on a shortlist to a paid employee.

Eight steps, one system. Every step produces a record you can point at later — a document, an approval, a payment.

  1. Select the hire

You choose the person and the country. No sourcing detour, no marketplace bidding — this is the person you already want to employ.

  2. Generate employment

A country-scoped employment agreement is prepared, in Arabic and English where the market expects both.

  3. Verify

Identity, address and banking documents move from pending, through review, to verified before anything is activated.

  4. Activate

Signatures are captured and employment becomes active, with the executed document stored against the record.

  5. Fund

You see one funding requirement for the whole regional team, not a transfer per person.

  6. Run payroll

Gross salary, employer obligations, the NoBound fee and any deductions resolve into a single payroll figure for the cycle.

  7. Pay

Salaries move out through the local rails configured for each market, with payout state tracked per employee.

  8. Report

Invoice, payroll receipt, payslips and workforce status are all available afterwards, for both sides.

Illustrative product flow — not a real employer or payroll run.

Launch markets

Built for markets global platforms treat as an afterthought.

Six markets, all the way down — real payout rails, bilingual contracts, and per-country configuration. Not 180 countries an inch deep.

Why we start in Palestine

World-class talent shouldn't need to relocate to work globally.

Palestine has one of the region's deepest benches of engineers and designers — strong English, deep remote-work experience, and working hours that overlap Europe's.

Hiring there has never been a talent problem. It's an infrastructure problem: banking rails, contract enforceability, payroll logistics. That infrastructure is exactly what we build.

Every contract. Both languages. One signature.

The platform

One employment relationship. Two simple experiences.

You run payroll from one dashboard. Your hire gets a portal with their contract, payslips and status — the same record, seen from both sides.

Same payroll run. Same record. Both sides see it.

Illustrative product flow — not a real employer or payroll run.

Why it's safe

Payroll logic you can trust.

Built like a financial system, because it is one.

Computed and locked

Payroll amounts are calculated and locked by the platform — never edited by hand in a spreadsheet.

Funding before payout

No salary moves until your funding is confirmed. You always see what's funded and what's pending.

Explicit approvals

Every run passes through deliberate review and approval steps before anyone is paid.

Everything on the record

Every approval, change and payment is recorded — an employment record you can reconstruct later.

Documents and personal data live in private storage, served only through short-lived signed links.
